Taína Asili will be performing at The House of Blues Boston on Oct. 13th, 2023 for City Life / Vida Urbana’s 50th Anniversary Party: The Joyful Resistance Jubilee on Oct. 13, 2023 from 6-10PM.
City Life / Vida Urbana is a grassroots community organization committed to fighting for racial, social and economic justice and gender equality by building working class power. They promote individual empowerment, develop community leaders and build collective power to effect systemic change and transform society. After 50 years of organizing the Joyful Resistance Jubilee will celebrate their work and reflect on our history, where they are now, and where they’re heading together.
