Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop w/Jammella Anderson & Taina Asili

Join yoga teacher Jammella Anderson and singer Taina Asili and guitarist Gaetano Vaccaro as we witness our inner light in this special moment of winter solstice darkness. The winter solstice is a beautiful time to go within, and look at what lessons we have learned this year. Through asanas and music we will guide participants in looking at what you are ready to let go of and what you are ready to receive in the coming year.
